Eton Gathering 2008

Eton hall has its reunion once again and it seems like this might be the last reunion before we enter the workplace. Sigh....
The momentum wasn't there initially as it was already 9pm when everyone met. TP came too and she dressed so nice and lady-like. It has been so long since we catched up with her and I think innately she doesn't change much... Haha...
The renovation at west coast park is finally over! The barriers are taken away, and now we can finally see the sea.... with tall petroluem plants and other many other industrial factories covering up the skyline. Well, this is Singapore, be glad you're standing at the seashore and life seemed to still down a little.
The birthday celebration was awesome! The guys had their share of sabor'ing Champ with whipcream, though he was smart to target the whipcream and eventually spoilt the tip within 2 minutes; as for the girls, we had a good time laughing and getting out of the way before we were being pulled into the game. The highlight of the night were the sparkles. JK and YL bought 2 huge packs of multicolored sparkles, there's so much to be disposed of... Haha... Initially 4D numbers were formed, but eventually we managed to form each one of our names, TP, Ying, JK!, Glady"s", Lian, Champ and John!!!
The night ended with some Indian Poker and John's favourite game- "Truth or Truth"...Nothing but the truth. The night ended so meaningfully as many people actually shared their hearts out and some people were even reconciled. The guys kept on saying.."Oh well, we were just...how old? 18, 19?... We were young..." And many looked back and said that they have grown and do cherish this special friendship of ours, which was built upon chaos and ended with maturity.
