Meaningful Sunday

After one week of stay at Clementi, it felt odd as I went back to Sheares Hall last Thursday. The walk from the bus stop seemed so familiar yet foreign at the same time. The walk that I've taken for the past 3 years seemed to be different as I've been walking Clementi Avenue 2 for the past week. Hall is in the holiday mode now. The quiet and peculiar ambience, and the girls are on the process of moving to the holiday blocks. I wanted to take a one last peep into my room but unfortunately it has been locked. I don't know why a simple trip back to hall seemed to be filled with so much emotions. I guess 3 years of hall stay has really made an impression.

The girls will be starting hospital preceptorship tomorrow. Very exciting indeed as the whole house will be waking up before 730am, and I guess it'll be great motivation to sleep early and to lead a healthy lifestyle with nutritious food and constant exercise regime.

Went to CHC this morning. Though the journey to Expo was really really long, but it was definitely worth it. The service was really powerful and I can really feel the strong presence of the Holy Spirit like never before. Indeed the Sermon of the Mount is like an Xray that reflects one's spiritual walk and the sermon has been very applicable. Planned to have consistent devotion and hope that it'll be an enriching and exciting spiritual journey with the Lord.
