Hair thinning

I think I'm balding... A better term will be hair thinning. Yeelian said I always complain that I'm balding during exams, but I do not agree with her. Indeed, the hair thinning problem has been exacerbated by the exams stress and the year round torment in NUS Pharmacy School. It just sucks.

I was looking through some websites talking about hair loss today. Yup, laugh all you want, but yes it's a concern indeed. One consolation, looking at my mom, my parternal aunties, their crown of glory is still quite decent, though one of them have psoriasis, and the other one, though hair is thin, but yet no bald spots. My mom's one is still looking good, hopefully hers will still look great till they grey.

According to some websites, it seems like there will never be a miracle cure to hair loss. Either it's hereditary, or it's something to do with stress or diet.
The first two I can't change much, the first one I should say it's by default, the second one is unavoidable...
So I have to target my diet.
These are some great food for the hair
Raisin (soak in warm water for 5 minutes) for breakfast
Green leafy vegetables, broccoli, carrots (too much Vit A might induce hair loss though, might have been the baby carrots I've been eating during JC days)
A variety of fruits
Nuts (soaking facilitates absorption)
Vitamin B
Grains and Legumes
Whole milk, Yogurt ( for protein)
Coconut oil (I'm not very fond of this suggestion though)

So for now, I shall eat more stuffs, a variety of fresh and organic food. Have been living under the frugality concept for a fortnight already. It has been successful, but relatively deprived as compared to the old days. I guess I've deprived my hair as well. Will start this "non-pharmacologic" hair therapy right after exams...
I need to save my hair!
