After LBE, my retirement didn't really sink in. Until yesterday night after CAAB meeting, I realised I'm officially retired!... Initially found it rather hilarious that huiyu and siok are rather emotional about our retirement from the comm. Seriously think i'm slow or what... Suddenly all the emotions start sinking for the past 3 days.
It has been a long way since the day when me and huiyu suddenly found our zeal in leading the comm. Started off with GLC, having it at the porch seemed to be a fresh idea. A passerby spotted us and thus invited us for Furama performance--first $$ earned by the comm! Then here comes caroling, started off with meagre contracts and ended up not having enof days to fill the requests! --second $$income for CMB n cultural groups!...
With sem2, many thing rolled in.Totally a roller cooaster ride! JamX, Funkamania, Geyao Concert, Talent Quest, Amplitude, RockFest... Everything just rolled nonstop, causing UCC to take over COOS. This really can't help it when one is there almost every sunday of the month.
Stress definitely pays a huge part of this. Most stress came from schoolwork... Still remember that nights that i just go crazy and nuts, and sometimes do resort to crying out loud... But well, those days are passe now... with the comm closing with this beautiful LBE... No wonder Huiyu Siok and co. just can't help it but to be sentimental about this. I can't help it too but to join in this emotional merry go round....
It seems that after LBE, me and huiyu like to spend time with each other more. Guess because we didn't catch up much when we're on "serious mode"... and now finally we can get to know each other better. With her leaving f or Shanghai soon, coupled with our wonoderful success in LBE, we just beginning to love each other more... haha!!!!....
Do i prefer a magical and sweet merry-go-round or a crazy roller coaster ride?
Something i realised the crazy me love roller coaster rides, definitely with me surviving the ride. But really some days i do yearn for magical romantic Merry-go-rounds, though it can get boring... I wonder how 0607 will be?
As for now, another countdown is starting!
